Hot weather and cold cold Bulls

There’s no doubt western Colorado has experienced record temps soaring into the high 80s and 90s and crazy crazy winds!!!  Elk have locked up in the timber to stay out of the heat and wind.  10 minutes of action on a morning and not much more in the evening has lead to being adaptive to different techniques to hunt these creatures.  Alli Armstrong of Grace Camo and Lace was singing cool water this past week when she was faced with more than100 head running into a water hole mearly feet away from her blind.  A well placed arrow on a beautiful colo bull lands her another Beaujos wall hanger and so delicious back straps for the table!!!
